Chair
Real Estate Services Advisory Group

I believe my value is a passion for preserving the American dream of homeownership and real property rights and for advancing the interests of our profession. I also aim to raise the performance bar for our profession and service to consumers. I believe our biggest collective challenge is relevancy—associations to their members and members to their clients. My industry experience spans more than 30 years. In 2000, I became a partner in the new Prudential Gary Greene, REALTORS®, where I was named Prudential Real Estate’s Broker of the Year in 2009. In June of 2012, the firm reunited with our former brand and became Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene. Today, my partner and I operate the largest Better Homes and Gardens firm with 24 offices and more than 1,100 agents, serving the greater Houston area,
I launched my involvement with the Houston association in 1991 and served as HAR chairman in 1999. I have also served as a director, committee chair, and member of numerous committees with the state association. On a national level, I am a strong advocate for RPAC and was inducted to the Hall of Fame in 2016. I am an NAR director and have served on several committees. In this role, I hope to provide a real-world perspective on member challenges and am committed to advocating for our members and consumers for the delivery of professional real estate services.
