REALTOR® Party Member Involvement
Committee Liaison

Twenty-eight years working in our industry has forced me to adapt! I started as an agent, worked as a transaction coordinator, and am now a broker-co-owner. It wasn’t until I became a managing broker that I fully understood why each of those roles had a different perception on what the REALTOR® association means to them. So, I got involved at the local, the state, and now the national level. I learned to adapt! A day in the life of a local, state, and national leader or staff differ tremendously. The issues we face selling in South Alabama differ from those in North Alabama and, needless to say, other parts of the country. The way we sold real estate in 1989 was through building relationships. That hasn’t changed, but how we build them has. I look forward to sharing my lessons learned while being a part of the future of real estate!
