Large Firms & Industry Relations
Committee Liaison

I’m a third-generation real estate broker, who brings an energetic outlook to agents, smaller boutique office owners, and large firms. I have been selling real estate for many years, so I understand the daily challenges and opportunities our members face. As a current branch leader, I understand the need for agent development, coaching and guidance for a group of 40 like-minded individuals serving a local market. Coming from a large, full-service family firm with more than 50 offices and 4,000 agents, I understand what it takes to manage a complex network of various corporations under one umbrella. Keyes founder, Ken Keyes, was NAR president in 1957. My grandfather, Ted Pappas, led our local association. My father, Mike Pappas, has served on many NAR committees and is a current board member for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. I am fortunate to have had them as mentors, and I look forward to taking what I have learned and building upon it.

I want to ensure our profession is around for another ten generations; I seek to help our large firms find ways to work with NAR to ensure greatness. Involvement is a key component of NAR. As a major investor since I joined this industry, I understand the gravity and importance of getting all our members involved. I believe I bring a valuable insight as a conduit between large firms and the NAR Leadership Team, to help my committees see beyond what I know, and to grow together a greater, stronger, and more resilient association.
